Great breakfast, good location, good price, friendly and helpful staff

Many things in the room broken or not working; bathroom door, shower head, paper towel bin. Too bad for a 4-star hotel.

Good location to the city centre, directly at a metro station! For Brussels very good parking possibilities in the multi-storey car park. There is a discount through the hotel.

Helpful reception staff. 5 minutes walk from Brussels North train station with direct train link to International Airport. Clean rooms. Good hotel for people on business and 15 minutes walk from the Grand Place.

Breakfast was not included in the price and was an expensive extra with the result that we had breakfast elsewhere.

Location (close to police station and on a noisy main road), outdated equipment, background noise, perfumed indoor air, view out of the window ( on the other rooms), thin walls (you could hear the room neighbours & cleaning staff in the corridor)

The room was spacious with air conditioning, free toiletries, and a tv. Loved the sauna and fitness center too! Breakfast had warm croissants and fresh juices. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Perfect location near metro and attractions. A great stay!

The location isn't far away from the center and the staff were very cooperative.

This hotel is brilliantly located, crossing the stree takes you to one of main shopping streets. Staff is super friendly, breakfast buffet is extremely varied, fresh, abundant and good!

The room was clean, but the TV only had news channels.

Great location, subway station directly in front of the door (at the rear entrance), very nice old building with ambience, good breakfast buffet, very attentive staff, nimble maids. To the train station Brussels North max. 10 minutes on foot with luggage.

The wall of our room 644 to the neighbouring room was very thin, so we could unintentionally follow all "activities" of the guests in the neighbouring room. . Breakfast buffet Monday to Friday 06:30 to 09:30 to 10:00 would be more pleasant. On weekends till 11:00- that's already great.

The location is just next to city 2 mall, shopping street, park, close to the train station (brussels nord) & hip on hip off bus stop that takes you for a city trip. The stuff are friendy & helpful. coffe machine at breakfast area with different types of coffee. Tea varaities

The breakfast is fine; prefer to have more varaities.

I enjoyed my stay while exploring the city. The staff were helpful every time I had questions. I appreciated the good selection of drinks at the bar, but it could have stayed open later. The convenience of the metro nearby was a bonus as I visited all the sites easily, including Mannekin-Pis.

There were some issues with the lighting in my room. Noise from other rooms impacted my sleep, and the WiFi was inconsistent in my room.

The rooms are great-sized and compact and the staff is hospitable. The service is good, includes convenient parking.
